Group Visits & Field Trips
The 2025-2026 School Field Trip Program will be offered for free again this year thanks to the generosity of The Sherlock Family!
We welcome all public elementary schools and public preschools in SLO County to participate. Field Trips and Group Visits are scheduled on Thursdays only.
Group Visit Rates
Field Trips and Group Visits are scheduled on Thursdays only.
If you are interested in booking a school field trip or group visit and you do not qualify for the free program the rates are as follows:
15-24 people, including children, chaperones, and teachers $125.00 per group/classroom.
25-35 people, including children, chaperones, and teachers $150.00 per group/classroom.
More than 35 people, including children, chaperones, and teachers please inquire teresa@pasokids.org.
Group Visit Policies
All school and group field trips must be scheduled in advance. Space is limited.
We request a minimum of 1 chaperone per 5 children.

Once this form is processed you will receive a confirmation email within 3-5 business days.
